Fabric Bar Chairs with Metal Legs

This bar chair combines a fabric upholstered seat with a powder-coated metal frame. The seat cushion uses high-density foam (density ≥ 35 kg/m³) covered in commercial-grade polyester fabric, offering abrasion resistance and color fastness. The metal legs are made of 25mm diameter steel tube with a wall thickness of 1.5mm, welded to a square footrest and a circular base plate. Each leg includes a floor protector to reduce noise and prevent scratching. The chair supports a static load of up to 150 kg and is suitable for continuous use in commercial environments. Available in multiple fabric colors and metal finishes, it can be adapted to different interior schemes.

Common Questions and Solutions

How to address minor wobbling on uneven floors?
Each leg is fitted with an adjustable glide. Rotate the glide clockwise or counterclockwise to extend or retract by up to 5 mm until the chair sits flat.
How to clean fabric stains?
Blot liquid with a dry cloth, then use a mild detergent solution and a soft brush. Avoid soaking the foam. For oil-based stains, use a solvent-based cleaner approved for polyester.
Are replacement parts available?
Seat cushions, glides, and footrest rings can be ordered separately. The metal frame is welded and not intended for field disassembly.
What is the recommended weight limit for continuous use?
150 kg static load. For dynamic seating in high-traffic venues, a periodic inspection of leg welds and glide condition is advised every 6 months.

Notes for Installation and Use

Inspect all legs and welds before first use. Do not use if any deformation or crack is visible.

Place on level surfaces. Avoid dragging the chair on rough floors to prevent damage to the powder coating and glides.

For indoor use only unless a specific outdoor-grade finish is ordered. Prolonged exposure to moisture may affect the metal frame and fabric.
